How to Use the Dastra MCP in Cursor
Connect Cursor to the Dastra MCP Server to build privacy-compliant features with direct access to your ROPA.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Dastra MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dastra to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate privacy code using live ROPA data
Inspect actual datasets using `list_datasets` directly inside your editor to write backend code that respects data boundaries. Your agent reads your live schema to generate accurate database queries. Pull your active processing registers with `list_processings` to ensure your data pipelines match your legal documentation. You write code that aligns with real-world compliance rules instead of guessing.
Test DSR integration endpoints inside Cursor
Run `create_dsr` to generate test requests and verify how your webhooks respond when developing a custom privacy portal. You can inspect the payload structure instantly using `get_dsr`. When clean-up time comes, run `archive_dsr` to clear out test cases from your workspace. It keeps your development sandbox and Dastra account perfectly synchronized.
Programmatic data breach logging from your editor
Call `create_breach` when critical security exceptions occur to build automated alerting systems that talk directly to your compliance registry. Check previous incidents using `list_breaches` to avoid duplicate logs. Identify responsible parties by running `list_actors` to map code repositories to compliance owners. It turns abstract security logs into actionable tickets inside your codebase.
