Build dashboards with Degreed user data
`list_degreed_users` hands your agent the system IDs, professional titles, and organizational affiliations for your entire roster. Cline takes that JSON response and immediately writes a React component to display the directory. Adding completion metrics takes one more step. The agent fires `list_user_completions` to grab timestamps and earned skill points, then writes the data-fetching hooks to populate your new UI. You get a working internal tool in minutes.
Connect the Degreed MCP Server to your codebase
`list_defined_skills` returns your company's standardized list of competencies. Cline reads this taxonomy and generates TypeScript interfaces matching the exact data structure. Your AI client can then map out training requirements using `list_learning_pathways`. It pulls the objectives and total duration metadata, writing the necessary API integration code to display these paths in your custom application.
Embed learning content anywhere
`search_learning_catalog` lets Cline match terms against titles, descriptions, and skill tags. It retrieves ranked learning materials and external URLs instantly. Getting the granular data requires `get_content_details`. The agent uses this tool to resolve associated skill tags and duration metadata, embedding the exact course specifications directly into your documentation files.
