Build recruitment dashboards with Cline
The `list_assessment_candidates` tool lets your agent pull your entire active applicant pool directly into VS Code. You ask Cline to build a candidate tracking component, and it writes the code while fetching real data to populate the UI. Cline doesn't stop at scaffolding. It wires up `search_candidates_by_identity` to build working search bars, and uses `get_candidate_profile` to render detailed applicant views. You watch the files update and test the live integration instantly.
Trigger assessments from VS Code
The `invite_candidate_to_test` tool allows Cline to dispatch coding exams programmatically. If you are building an automated onboarding script, your agent can write the logic and immediately test the API call. To make sure the integration works, Cline reads your catalog with `list_available_tests`. It then verifies successful dispatches by checking `list_recently_sent_invitations` and tracking the ongoing status via `list_test_invitations`.
Parse test scores via MCP Server
The `get_candidate_assessment_report` tool feeds raw exam results straight to your agent. Cline takes that JSON response, parses the scoring breakdown, and writes a script to export the data into your preferred format. You can also task Cline with building a leaderboard. It hits `list_high_score_candidates` to grab the top performers based on a threshold you define. It even checks `get_account_metadata` to handle rate limit errors gracefully in the code it writes.
