Manage your infrastructure directly in Windsurf. Use autonomous agents to query Droplets, volumes, and clusters without leaving your IDE.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect DigitalOcean MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect DigitalOcean to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage Droplets and Volumes in Windsurf
Cascade reads your infrastructure state to identify active resources. It uses `list_droplets` to fetch current IP addresses and server health, allowing you to debug connectivity issues in seconds. When you need to scale, use `list_volumes` to check block storage availability. Cascade identifies attached volumes and reports their size so you can make informed decisions about your disk capacity.
Monitor Databases and Clusters
Windsurf connects your IDE to your managed services. Call `list_databases` to view cluster endpoints and engine versions, ensuring your backend code aligns with your production environment. Cascade handles the complexity of Kubernetes by invoking `list_kubernetes_clusters`. You get an immediate view of node health and version status, which helps you track deployment progress without switching windows.
Audit Infrastructure Actions
Security requires visibility into every change. The server uses `list_actions` to pull historical logs, letting you see exactly who changed a configuration or restarted a service. You can also verify account limits using `get_account_info`. This keeps your development within budget by showing you resource usage patterns before you initiate new deployments.
