Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Discogs MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Discogs to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject live release data into Cursor
Use `get_release` to bring accurate tracklists and credits into your editor. You can use this data to populate your app structures rather than typing out metadata by hand. `get_master_release` provides the core creative context you need for your codebase. It keeps your app grounded in the official canonical releases.
Query the Discogs database inside Cursor
Trigger `database_search` directly from your chat window to find artist or label IDs. It is the fastest way to get the right parameters for your API calls. Once you have the ID, `get_artist_releases` helps you map out a full discography for your data models. You get real lists of albums and singles without needing mock data.
Automate marketplace lookups with this MCP Server
Use `get_marketplace_listings` to build tools that track pricing trends for specific records. You can write scripts that monitor listing changes in real-time. `get_release_stats` gives you the numbers you need to calculate market value programmatically. It makes building price-tracking features much easier.
