Share Dog CEO breed catalogs across VS Code Copilot teams
The `list_dog_breeds` tool lets your entire team access the same breed taxonomy inside VS Code Copilot. By committing the configuration to your repository, every developer gets instant access to the breed list. This shared setup ensures that everyone writing canine-related features uses the exact same data structures. VS Code Copilot reads the live registry to keep your team's code consistent.
Pull test images into VS Code Copilot
The `get_random_dog_image` tool retrieves random dog image URLs directly into your VS Code Copilot chat. Developers can quickly test image grids or layout designs with live assets during pairing sessions. This MCP Server tool eliminates the need for team members to search for royalty-free testing images. VS Code Copilot inserts the live URLs directly into your active HTML or React files.
Test breed filters in VS Code Copilot
The `get_dog_by_breed` tool fetches breed-specific images straight into your VS Code Copilot workspace. You can test your application's filtering logic by requesting images for specific breeds. VS Code Copilot uses these real-time image links to debug your media components. This helps your team catch rendering bugs before deploying to your staging environment.
