Connect Dotcom-Monitor MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Dotcom-Monitor to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline executes monitoring checks
Tell Cline to check your uptime and it calls `list_monitoring_devices` to see what is currently tracked. It doesn't just show you the data—it acts on it. If a device is down, Cline uses `get_device_details` to diagnose the specific error. It then creates the necessary patch files to fix your site.
Analyze trends with the MCP Server
Cline uses `get_device_monitoring_history` to build a report of your site performance over time. This MCP Server provides the raw telemetry for your agent to analyze. It helps you see if response times are drifting. Cline then compares this against `list_monitoring_locations` to confirm if the slowdown is global or localized.
Verify alert routing in Cline
Cline checks your notification settings by calling `list_alert_groups`. It ensures your incident response team gets the right alerts for every platform. It also queries `list_available_platforms` to confirm your monitoring coverage. Cline then verifies that your current infrastructure matches these registered services.
