Live Store Data in VS Code
The `get_product` tool feeds live pricing, variations, and SEO data directly into your workspace. You tell Cline to build a product display component, and it pulls the actual JSON schema from your store to write the interface types. Instead of guessing the API structure, Cline uses `list_categories` and `search_products` to populate mock databases. It writes the React components, maps the live SKUs and image URLs, and shows you the diff.
Automated Order Management Scripts
The `search_orders` tool gives Cline access to real fulfillment and payment statuses. If you need a script to flag unfulfilled high-value purchases, the agent writes the logic and tests it against live records. It can drill down using `get_order` for specific transaction details. Once the code is written, Cline stages the commit. You get a fully functional order auditing script without writing a single line of boilerplate.
Ecwid MCP Server Profile Syncing
The `get_profile` tool pulls your exact store configuration into the editor. Cline reads this to ensure any custom shipping or tax logic it writes matches your actual Ecwid settings. It also checks `list_coupons` and `get_app_storage` to handle discount logic and custom state. The agent builds the required middleware, tests the coupon validation, and commits the finished module to your repository.
