How to Use the Elemeno MCP in Cline
Let Cline fetch live Elemeno content via MCP and write your frontend components inside VS Code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Elemeno MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Elemeno to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build layouts with real singletons
The `list_content_singletons` tool helps Cline find global settings objects instantly. Mock data slows down UI development, so your agent fetches the real navigation links first. It follows up with `get_singleton_content` to pull the actual copyright text and menu items. Then it writes the TypeScript interface and the React component completely autonomously.
Elemeno MCP Server for VS Code
The `get_collection_details` tool reads exact field types from your CMS before your agent writes a database migration. Cline maps those fields directly into your codebase. If it needs to verify the structure against real entries, it triggers `get_collection_item_details` to inspect the raw JSON payload. You get accurate types based on actual data.
Find specific content fast
The `search_collection_content` tool locates exact items when you need to debug a broken layout. Give Cline the title, and it executes the search to find the problematic record. Once it has the ID, it pulls the full record and analyzes the markdown or rich text causing the issue. You never have to leave your editor to hunt down the problem.
