Multi-agent Elemeno content auditing in CrewAI

Executing `quick_content_volume_audit` allows your research agent to monitor global CMS changes autonomously. Managing massive content structures manually is a waste of developer time. CrewAI lets you assign a research agent to run the audit while an analyst agent runs `list_content_collections` to map the architecture. They share memory to compare the actual volume against your expected layout.

Autonomous search and validation pipelines

Invoking `search_collection_content` helps your editorial agents locate assets using keywords or slugs. Your writer agent can locate specific articles on the fly. Once found, an editor agent uses `get_collection_item_details` to verify the metadata looks correct. The agents pass the validated data down the chain to prepare newsletter drafts or social posts.

Global settings monitoring via CrewAI teams

Calling `list_content_singletons` lets your monitoring agent track global pages and detect schema updates. Let your agents watch your global blocks for unexpected updates. The monitoring agent tracks all global pages over the MCP Server and pulls their data with `get_singleton_content`. If a singleton's schema changes, the agent alerts your engineering team.

Setup guide

Set up Elemeno MCP in CrewAI

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+ installed
  • crewai package (pip install crewai)
  • Active Vinkius subscription with a valid endpoint token
  1. 1

    Install CrewAI

    Run pip install crewai to install the framework. MCP support is built-in via the mcps parameter.

  2. 2

    Add the MCP URL to your agent

    Pass your Vinkius endpoint directly to the mcps list. Replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your token from cloud.vinkius.com. CrewAI handles tool discovery and caching automatically.

  3. 3

    Kick off your crew

    Create a Crew with your agent and tasks. Call crew.kickoff() — the agent will automatically invoke Elemeno tools as needed.

crew.py
from crewai import Agent, Task, Crew

agent = Agent(
    role="Elemeno Analyst",
    goal="Access and analyze Elemeno data via MCP.",
    backstory="Expert analyst with direct Elemeno access.",
    mcps=[
        "https://edge.vinkius.com/[YOUR_TOKEN_HERE]/mcp"
    ],
)

task = Task(
    description="List recent Elemeno transactions",
    agent=agent,
    expected_output="A summary of recent activity",
)

crew = Crew(agents=[agent], tasks=[task])
result = crew.kickoff()
print(result)

Common questions about Elemeno MCP in CrewAI

Pass the Vinkius HTTP endpoint URL directly into your agent's `mcps` list. The agent automatically discovers tools like `list_collection_items` and uses them during execution.
Yes, an agent can run `list_published_content` to find live items. Another agent in the crew can then analyze those items to ensure they meet your publication standards.
Use the `MCPServerHTTP` class from `crewai.mcp` and define a `tool_filter`. This lets you restrict agents to harmless read tools like `get_collection_details`.
Yes, you can set up a hierarchical crew where a manager agent coordinates tasks. One agent fetches the data with `get_collection_item_details`, and the next formats it.
All tool executions run within an ephemeral V8 sandbox on Vinkius. Your CMS content, collection schemas, and API tokens are processed in-memory and are never stored or logged on our MCP host.
