By committing the configuration to your repo, every developer gets instant access to these Ellie tools inside VS Code Copilot. It connects your codebase directly to your team's visual schedule.
Track your daily goals without leaving the editor
The `list_tasks` tool fetches your assigned work items and displays them inside the VS Code Copilot panel. You can see what needs to be coded next without opening a browser. As you write code, your VS Code Copilot agent references these tasks to make sure your work aligns with the sprint goals. This keeps your development focus sharp.
Clean up your backlog with this MCP Server
The `update_task` tool lets your VS Code Copilot agent adjust due dates and list assignments based on your current progress. You don't have to spend Friday afternoon manually updating boards. If a task is no longer relevant, the VS Code Copilot agent runs `delete_task` to keep your workspace clean. This MCP Server handles the administrative chore of Ellie project management for your team.
