How to Use the EmailOctopus MCP in Cursor
Inject live EmailOctopus data into your codebase using Cursor agent mode.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect EmailOctopus MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect EmailOctopus to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Manage contacts inside Cursor
The Cursor agent can now read and write to your mailing lists during your coding sessions. Use `add_contact_to_list` to sync new users while you build your registration logic. You can keep your data clean by calling `remove_contact_from_list` directly from your editor. It is perfect for testing subscriber flows without leaving your IDE.
Query campaigns via Cursor
Feed live campaign metrics into your documentation or internal tools. The agent uses `list_email_campaigns` to find the right ID, then pulls stats with `get_campaign_summary_report`. This makes it easy to compare current campaign performance against your historical data. You get real numbers right inside your terminal or chat window.
Automate flows with this MCP Server
Connect your backend logic to your email engine. By calling `trigger_automation_for_contact`, your code can initiate complex sequences whenever a user hits a specific milestone. You can also verify list configurations using `get_list_details`. It ensures your logic points to the right subscriber segments every single time.
