How to Use the Emplifi MCP in Cline
Cline handles your Emplifi social data. Fetch metrics, audit care rules, and manage profiles without leaving your VS Code workspace.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Emplifi MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Emplifi to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Run social audits with Cline
Cline executes `quick_cx_health_audit` to scan your account for performance gaps. It gives you a concise summary of your support health based on current ticket volume. Use `list_content_classification_labels` to see how your team categorizes incoming posts. It helps you build better logic for your automated response systems.
Deep dive into post metrics
Point Cline at any content to fetch engagement numbers using `get_social_post_metrics`. It pulls the raw counts so you can build reports or charts right in your editor. If you need creator data, it runs `get_influencer_performance_stats` for specific profiles. You get the hard numbers on reach and interaction for every campaign.
Organize your social profiles
Cline lists all your active profiles via `list_social_profiles` to keep your workspace clean. It ensures you are only pulling data from the accounts you are currently managing. Use `list_social_posts` to grab recent content for a specific profile. It lets you analyze the latest feed and verify engagement without opening the web dashboard.
