Generate Code for Document Dashboards
This isn't just about fetching data. It's about building with it. Ask Cline to create a dashboard that shows the status of all in-flight contracts. Cline uses the `list_esign_documents` and `list_document_signers` tools to get the live data. Then it writes the actual front-end component code for you, complete with API calls. You get a working file, not just a JSON response.
Build Account Monitoring Tools
Keep an eye on your eSignly usage without checking a website. You can instruct Cline to build a script that monitors your account's API consumption. It's a practical use for this MCP Server. Cline will write code that calls `get_esignly_account_metadata` for your rate limits and `quick_signing_volume_audit` for your current activity. It can save the output to a log or even set up a basic alert.
Scaffold Apps with Template Data
Move from idea to working code faster. When you need to build a feature that sends a document for signature, Cline can give you a head start by using your existing templates. Your agent can `list_esign_templates`, let you pick one, and then use `get_template_details` to get its structure. From there, Cline can write a Python or JS script that prepares a new document using that template's configuration.
