Generate fitness app code using this MCP Server
`search_fatsecret_foods` lets Cursor's agent mode pull live food database results directly into the files you are editing. Instead of writing mock arrays or placeholders in Cursor, you build features using real calorie and macro data. This active integration ensures your Cursor application logic handles actual API payloads from the start. You can test your Cursor parsing functions with authentic food names and database IDs.
Inspect nutritional schemas directly in Cursor
`get_fatsecret_food_details` retrieves the complete macronutrient payload for any food item, displaying it straight inside your Cursor terminal or editor window. You see the exact structure of fats, carbs, and proteins returned by the API inside Cursor. Developers use this live schema information to write precise TypeScript interfaces or database models inside Cursor. This MCP Server eliminates the need to cross-reference external developer documentation while writing Cursor code.
Write and test tracking algorithms with live data
`search_fatsecret_foods` provides real-time search results that you can feed into your local functions inside Cursor. You write your sorting and filtering algorithms in Cursor against live database responses. Accelerating your development loop becomes easy when your editor uses these active payloads to verify edge cases.
