Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect FlightAware MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect FlightAware to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous flight data retrieval in Windsurf
Cascade uses `search_flights` and `get_flight_status` to pull live tracking data without manual intervention. You define the objective and the agent handles the multi-step execution logic. This MCP Server allows your agent to fetch specific details like gate assignments or estimated arrival times. Cascade reads these outputs to update your project context automatically.
Airport operations monitoring with Windsurf
Query `get_airport_arrivals` or `get_airport_departures` to feed real-time scheduling data into your active workspace. Windsurf interprets these lists to help you build logic around airport traffic. Access `get_airport_weather` to pull METAR and TAF reports for your aviation-focused projects. This data helps your agent account for meteorological conditions during flight planning simulations.
Historical flight analysis for Windsurf projects
Use `get_historical_flights` to extract track points and performance data dating back to 2011. Cascade analyzes these datasets to identify trends for your research or logistics dashboards. Reference `get_aircraft_info` to get registration and engine specs for specific tail numbers. Your agent uses this metadata to build detailed profiles for fleet management tasks.
