How to Use the Fomo MCP in Cursor

Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Fomo MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Fomo to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build integrations faster inside Cursor
`list_integrations` pulls your active Fomo connections directly into your editor pane. When you write custom webhooks, your agent checks the live integration list to ensure you aren't duplicating existing logic. You never have to leave your IDE to check if a third-party app is already firing events. Cursor reads the current state of your Fomo setup and writes the exact integration code you need based on reality, not assumptions.
Test event creation with real payloads
`create_event` lets your AI client push test data to your Fomo feed while you debug your checkout flow. Instead of writing mock data, Cursor triggers an actual event and captures the exact JSON response. If the test pollutes your live feed, the agent runs `delete_event` to clean it up. You get the confidence of testing against production endpoints without leaving a mess on your storefront.
Sync templates via MCP Server
`list_templates` grabs your current notification layouts so Cursor can hardcode the correct template IDs into your source code. You avoid the classic mistake of deploying code that points to a non-existent template. Need to know the specific variables a template expects? `get_template` pulls the exact schema into your chat. Your agent then writes the TypeScript interfaces to match Fomo's requirements perfectly.
