Connect Geocode.xyz MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Geocode.xyz to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject real coordinates into code using Cursor
The `forward_geocode` tool pulls exact latitude and longitude values directly into the active file you are editing in Cursor. Instead of hardcoding dummy coordinates for your map components, your editor queries Geocode.xyz to insert real-world spatial data. Agent mode uses this tool to populate your test suites with actual geographic points. You get working code faster because your editor doesn't rely on placeholder data that fails in production.
Turn coordinates into addresses inside Cursor
The `reverse_geocode` tool converts raw numerical coordinates into structured physical addresses while you write code. When debugging a location-based service in Cursor, your agent can resolve test data coordinates to verify your database queries. Here's the thing: you don't need to open a browser to check if a latitude and longitude point makes sense. The editor does the lookup and tells you the street name directly in your coding workspace.
Extract locations from local logs using this MCP Server
The `geoparse` tool scans unstructured error logs or database dumps in your editor to extract location names. If you are debugging a routing failure, this MCP Server helps Cursor find every geographical reference in the text. The agent reads the parsed output, groups the locations, and writes the fix. It cuts down on manual inspection when troubleshooting location-aware applications.
