Integrate Feedback into CI/CD

The `list_recent_feedback` tool can be used as a quality gate. Use Claude Code in a GitHub Action to check customer sentiment after a new release. A simple script can call the tool for a post-deployment survey and parse the output for negative scores. If your script finds a spike in bad reviews, it can use other tools to trigger a PagerDuty alert or even initiate a rollback. This MCP connection turns raw feedback into an automated decision-making signal.

Script Bulk Operations from the Terminal

The `list_feedback_page` tool is made for batch processing. If you need to archive all responses from last year, write a shell script that uses Claude Code to call the tool repeatedly, paginating through all the old data. You can pipe the raw JSON output directly to `jq` for filtering or to `aws s3 cp` to upload it to a cold storage bucket. It's all headless, which makes it perfect for a cron job that runs overnight.

Monitor API Health from the Command Line

This MCP Server isn't just for data. You can build a simple monitoring script that calls `verify_api_connection` and `check_api_limits` every five minutes from a remote machine. Pipe the output to your existing monitoring service or a status page. If the connection drops or you're about to hit your rate limit, you'll know immediately without ever leaving the command line.

Common questions about GetFeedback MCP in Claude Code

Run `claude mcp call getfeedback-mcp list_surveys` in your terminal. You can pipe the resulting JSON directly to a tool like `jq` to format it or use it as input for another script.
Absolutely. Your cron job can execute a shell script that calls the `send_survey_invites` tool. You just need to pass it the survey ID and a list of email addresses.
Use `claude mcp call getfeedback-mcp list_recent_feedback --params '{"survey_id": "123", "limit": 10}'`. It's designed for headless execution and scripting.
Use the `list_feedback_page` tool in a script. You'll pass a `page` or `cursor` parameter in a loop, processing each page of results until you've retrieved all the data you need.
Your API key is stored locally and used to get a short-lived Vinkius token for each session. The server itself is ephemeral and stateless, only accessing the survey and response data you request for each command execution.
