Script Your Dispatch Queue from the CLI
The Giddyup MCP Server brings your field operations directly into the Claude Code terminal. You can run automated scripts to query active work orders using `list_jobs` and pipe the output to local tools like grep or jq. This lets you audit schedules without opening a web browser. Need to reassign a route on the fly? Run a single command to trigger `update_job` and shift assignments instantly. Claude Code manages the terminal output, making it easy to see exactly which technician was assigned to the work.
Manage Leads and Customers via CLI
Giddyup speeds up your sales intake by letting you manage prospects from the Claude Code command line. Claude Code allows you to run `create_lead` to log new inquiries instantly during support calls. You can verify lead details on the fly with `get_lead` without leaving your active terminal session. Keep customer records updated using `update_lead` to log notes or change contact statuses. It queries `list_customers` to find existing matches and pulls detailed profiles with `get_customer`. This keeps your sales pipeline clean and fast.
Audit Invoices and Monitor System Health
This Giddyup integration runs automated billing checks by piping financial data directly to your local scripts. Claude Code queries `list_invoices` to find outstanding balances and matches them against technician records retrieved via `list_users`. You can build cron jobs to flag unpaid work orders every morning. Before running batch updates, Claude Code checks the MCP Server status using `check_giddyup_status`. This keeps your automated pipelines running safely without throwing unexpected errors.
