How to Use the Giddyup MCP in Cursor
Use Giddyup tools in Cursor to build features that interact with your live field service data using real API responses.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Giddyup MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Giddyup to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code against live Giddyup data
Stop hardcoding stubs and start building with actual responses from `list_jobs` and `get_customer`. Your AI agent generates code that understands your real-world data structures. It makes debugging your field service integrations much faster since you're testing against production-grade API output while you write.
Automate dispatch logic in your editor
Use the agent to write scripts that call `update_job` or `create_job` based on your project requirements. You define the logic, and the AI handles the implementation details. This is ideal for building custom notification triggers or automated routing adjustments that need to hit the Giddyup backend.
Manage leads and invoices via Cursor
Query your sales funnel or billing history using `list_leads` and `list_invoices` without exiting your IDE. It gives you immediate context on your business performance. Seeing this data right next to your code helps you build better analytical tools for your dispatch workflows.
