How to Use the Giftbit MCP in Cursor
Code your reward logic into Cursor with the Giftbit MCP Server. Automate incentives directly inside your editor.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Giftbit MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Giftbit to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Direct reward integration for Cursor
Inject live gifting capabilities into your codebase using `order_email_rewards`. Your agent can generate working code that interacts with your rewards program without using mock data. Use `create_embedded_links` to bake gift card distribution into your application logic. The tools are available as soon as you enable Agent mode in your editor.
Automated status checks in your Cursor workflow
Monitor your reward health without switching windows. Your agent can call `get_campaign_status` to report on active programs while you focus on writing your implementation code. Integrate `get_gift_status` into your internal dashboards. You will see real-time updates on gift delivery metrics as the code executes.
Manage your Giftbit MCP Server configuration
Define your MCP setup in .cursor/mcp.json for per-project control. This keeps your gifting tools isolated to the specific codebase where they are actually used. Verify your setup with `verify_api_connection` during local development. You can quickly audit supported regions with `list_delivery_regions` to ensure your code handles every market.
