Connect GlobalGiving MCP to Claude Code
Create your Vinkius account to connect GlobalGiving to Claude Code and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Pipe terminal queries into backend databases
Claude Code runs `list_all_projects` and pipes the raw output directly into your database seed scripts. You can run CLI commands to filter projects by region with `list_projects_by_country` and instantly generate clean JSON files for your staging environments. This headless execution makes it easy to run automated checks. You can script the tool to run during your deployment phase, verifying that your production database matches the latest active campaign lists.
Automate CI/CD validation with the Claude Code MCP Server
The Claude Code MCP Server uses `verify_api_connection` to check endpoint availability before running your build pipelines. If the connection fails, the CLI alerts your on-call team, preventing broken API dependencies from reaching production. You can embed these checks directly into your GitHub Actions or custom bash scripts. The agent runs silently in the background, outputting structured logs that are easy to parse with standard terminal utilities.
Monitor campaign themes from the command line
Claude Code queries the platform's categorization using `list_project_themes` and searches specific sectors with `list_projects_by_theme`. It filters the terminal output to show only campaigns that match your criteria, like disaster relief or education. This direct access lets you run quick audits without opening a browser. You can chain these commands with other CLI tools to monitor funding progress and alert your team when specific milestones are met.
