Build live contract trackers directly with Cline
Tell Cline to build a custom internal tool for tracking active bids. Cline doesn't just explain how to do it; it actually writes the code, sets up the files, and uses `search_government_contracts` to pull live data into your workspace. It will then use `get_procurement_details` to populate your custom UI with actual contract values, deadlines, and agency contacts. You get a working, tested dashboard integrated into your local project in minutes.
Generate structured agency profiles on demand
Stop copy-pasting government contact directories into your codebase. Command Cline to index target agencies, and it will run `list_government_agencies` to fetch the raw data. Cline parses the JSON response, formats it into clean Markdown or TypeScript types, and saves it directly to your project directory. It handles the data cleanup so you can focus on building your application.
Automate API health checks in your local environment
Ensure your custom procurement tools never fail due to unannounced government downtime. Cline can write integration tests that call `check_api_status` to verify connection stability before running your main data pipelines. This MCP Server lets Cline write, run, and debug these connection tests directly in your VS Code terminal, keeping your local dev loop fast and reliable.
