How to Use the Gripr MCP in Cursor
Build and document with live Gripr data inside Cursor. Real-time project records directly in your agent's context window.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Gripr MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Gripr to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Drive project logic with Gripr in Cursor
Stop hardcoding project IDs or customer names. Use `list_projects` and `list_customers` to feed live data from your construction workspace directly into your development agent. Your code stays grounded in reality. When you use `get_project_details`, the agent writes functions that actually match your current site configuration.
Automate task creation with Cursor
Let your agent generate tasks based on live site feedback. With `create_task`, you can turn a chat prompt into an actionable item in your project backlog instantly. This keeps your development in sync with field needs. You define the work, and the tool ensures it lands in the right place within your Gripr workspace.
Sync labor logs from Cursor
Bridge the gap between your code and your labor tracking. Use `register_hours` to log development time against specific projects as you complete your work. Review your entries using `list_registered_hours` to ensure your team's time is accounted for. It removes the friction of manual reporting while you work.
