Connect Guidebook MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Guidebook to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code with Guidebook MCP Server inside Cursor
Stop writing code against mock JSON files or stale Guidebook API documentation inside Cursor. When you write custom integrations inside Cursor, the editor uses `get_guide` and `list_events` to pull real, live event data directly into your active workspace. Your Cursor code is written using the exact structure of your actual Guidebook app. Cursor reads the live Guidebook API payloads, meaning you write fewer bugs and avoid mismatch errors when deploying.
Build Guidebook custom list items while coding in Cursor
If you are building a custom Guidebook sync script in Cursor, you can test it live. Have Cursor run `create_custom_list_item` or `list_custom_list_items` directly from the chat panel to verify your data models work in production. You don't need to switch to Postman or run manual curl commands to test your Guidebook endpoints inside Cursor. The Cursor MCP Server connection handles the Guidebook requests while you focus on writing the logic.
Map Guidebook event locations inside Cursor
Managing Guidebook room maps and coordinates is tedious inside Cursor. Use Cursor's agent mode to call `list_locations` and automatically map physical rooms to your scheduled Guidebook sessions. Cursor takes the physical Guidebook location data and writes the layout code for you. You get a working map feature in your Guidebook event app without manually typing out coordinate arrays inside Cursor.
