How to Use the Gumlet MCP in Cline
Cline executes Gumlet tasks directly in VS Code, allowing the agent to upload, list, and manage your video and image assets autonomously.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Gumlet MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Gumlet to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline handles end-to-end video uploads
Cline takes your raw video files and pushes them to your account. It initiates the process using `create_video_upload` and tracks the progress. You don't need to babysit the transfer. Once the upload finishes, Cline confirms the asset is ready for your application.
Monitor Gumlet webhooks with Cline
Keep your backend in sync by letting Cline query your event stream. It calls `list_webhooks` to ensure your notifications are active. If you need to verify an event, the agent parses the output immediately. It saves you from manual checks in the web console.
Manage image sources within Cline
You can audit your image optimization settings without leaving your editor. Cline queries your sources using `list_image_sources`. It identifies which assets are live and checks their configuration. You get full visibility into your optimized image delivery pipeline.
