How to Use the Gumlet MCP in Windsurf
Windsurf connects directly to your Gumlet library so Cascade can manage video assets, check analytics, and update thumbnails instantly.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Gumlet MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Gumlet to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate video management in Windsurf
Cascade handles your entire video pipeline without constant manual input. You tell it to organize your library, and it uses `create_collection` and `list_video_collections` to sort your assets. It doesn't stop at organization. You can ask for a status report on any asset, and it triggers `get_video_details` to verify your file state.
Direct analytics access for Windsurf
Stop jumping between your dashboard and your code. Windsurf pulls performance metrics directly from the source using `get_video_analytics`. You'll get clear data on how your audience interacts with your content. It makes testing different thumbnail offsets via `update_video_thumbnail` a matter of seconds.
Clean asset control in Windsurf
Cleaning up your CDN footprint is straightforward. You can audit your files with `list_videos` and remove outdated content using `delete_video`. Everything stays synced within your project environment. You keep your storage costs low while maintaining a tidy video library.
