How to Use the HelpCrunch MCP in Cline
Build support apps fast. Cline reads HelpCrunch data, writes the integration code, and tests it directly in VS Code.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect HelpCrunch MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect HelpCrunch to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Live HelpCrunch MCP Server Data
The `list_conversations` tool feeds real-time support queues straight into your VS Code environment. Cline fetches this raw data to build and test custom dashboard components without needing mock JSON files. Creating test users is just as fast. Your agent calls `create_customer` with an email and name to populate your dev environment, then writes the API logic to connect your frontend to those profiles.
Autonomous Webhook Configuration
The `list_active_webhooks` MCP tool returns every configured event trigger in your support setup. Cline reads these configurations, identifies missing endpoints, and writes the missing Express routes to handle incoming payloads. Testing those routes happens immediately. After writing the handler, Cline can simulate incoming traffic based on the exact structure it read from the server.
End-to-End Chat Testing
The `list_messages_in_chat` tool downloads the entire history of a specific thread. Cline uses this history to train custom classifiers or build automated response scripts right inside your workspace. Sending test payloads completes the loop. By executing `send_chat_message`, your agent verifies that the newly written MCP integration actually posts correctly to the live chat widget.
