…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect HeyGen MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect HeyGen to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Code-to-video automation with the HeyGen MCP Server
Deploy the `generate_video` tool inside Cline to build and test custom video scenes. The agent writes the code to handle your video assets, then uses `list_avatars` to find your brand's presenter. If the video generation fails, Cline reads the error, updates your payload structure, and runs the script again. It bridges the gap between editing code and running actual video runs.
Automated localization testing in Cline
Trigger the `translate_video` tool directly from Cline to handle your video localization tasks. The agent reads your translation tables, triggers the translation tool, and saves the resulting URLs directly into your database files. Cline uses `get_video_status` to track when each language version finishes rendering. It updates your local configuration files with the new links once they become active.
Interactive streaming history audits
Execute the `list_streaming_history` tool to let Cline audit your interactive avatar sessions. The agent pulls your recent streaming records and parses the JSON data to check for active connections. You can have the agent write automated markdown summaries of your streaming sessions. It pulls the raw history, formats the data, and commits the report directly to your repository.
