Create your Vinkius account to connect HeyGen to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Pull live HeyGen payloads into Cursor
Writing integration code blind is a waste of time. Cursor's Agent mode hits the HeyGen MCP Server to pull actual schema definitions. It runs `get_template_details` to see exactly how the variables are structured before writing a single line of TypeScript. This means the AI writes your backend logic using real data. It grabs your actor IDs via `list_avatars` and hardcodes the correct strings into your staging environment. No more guessing what the API expects.
Draft rendering pipelines
Building an automated video pipeline requires precise API sequencing. Your agent drafts the code to call `generate_from_template` and maps out the error handling. It tests the connection by hitting `get_api_profile` to confirm your authentication headers work. Cursor understands the polling requirements. It automatically writes the retry logic for `get_video_status` so your application knows exactly when the MP4 is ready to serve.
Code multi-language video features
Adding localization features to your app usually involves reading pages of documentation. Cursor skips that by testing the `translate_video` tool directly in your editor. It sees the required JSON body and builds the corresponding interfaces. The agent checks your account's past jobs using `list_videos` to verify the translation worked. You get working, typed code that interacts with HeyGen's lip-sync engine on the first try.
