Full-cycle AR automation with Cline
Cline acts as your dedicated AR clerk by executing `reconcile_payment` across your open invoices. It finds the payment, matches it against the ledger, and confirms the status without manual input. This workflow handles the heavy lifting of your daily cash application. You just tell Cline what to clear, and it handles the API calls to ensure your records match the bank.
Handle deductions and disputes in Cline
Use `list_deductions` to surface short-pays that need your attention. Once the agent identifies a discrepancy, it can draft a formal record using `create_dispute` to keep your accounting accurate. This keeps your team focused on high-value exceptions rather than data entry. Cline handles the repetitive task of logging these disputes so you can focus on resolving the underlying issues.
Deep data access for Cline agents
Need to check a customer's history? Cline uses `get_customer` and `get_invoice` to aggregate everything you need into a single view. It pulls the specific details so you don't have to navigate through multiple screens. This approach turns your IDE into a powerful financial dashboard. By pulling real-time data into your workspace, you make informed decisions about credit holds and payment terms faster.
