Connect Hub Planner MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Hub Planner to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject Live Hub Planner Data via MCP Server
The `list_projects` tool pulls live Hub Planner project data directly into your Cursor workspace. This lets your Cursor agent query live production data while you write code instead of relying on stale mock files. You can use `get_me` to verify your Hub Planner API credentials and user permissions directly in Cursor. This eliminates the guesswork of testing endpoints because Cursor displays real Hub Planner responses immediately.
Debug Resource Queries in Real Time
The `list_bookings` tool lets you debug scheduling logic using real Hub Planner data in Cursor. When you write functions to calculate team capacity, Cursor executes this query alongside `list_resources` to provide real Hub Planner payloads. If you need to handle edge cases, ask your Cursor agent to fetch `list_unassigned` Hub Planner tasks. This gives you immediate examples of empty states and unallocated bookings to test your Hub Planner error handling.
Filter API Payloads by Metadata
The `list_tags` tool discovers metadata classifications directly inside Cursor. Your Cursor agent uses this information to determine how Hub Planner resources and projects are classified in your account before you write filtering logic. This keeps your Cursor application fast and prevents unnecessary Hub Planner API overhead. You can also call `list_clients` to map client-specific Hub Planner datasets during active development.
