Let Cline build custom internal HR tools
Cline calls `list_employees` to pull team directories and build custom internal dashboards right inside VS Code. The agent writes the code, imports the API endpoints, and sets up your interface without any hand-holding. To ensure everything works, the agent checks active records with `get_employee_details`. This verifies that the dashboard renders personal data and active roles correctly before writing tests.
Automate your hiring pipeline directly from VS Code
Cline uses `create_candidate` to add applicants to your database and instantly organize your hiring pipeline. The agent handles the tedious work of fetching active tracks with `list_vacancy_stages` so you can focus on technical interviews. If you need to double-check a profile, Cline calls `get_candidate_details` to inspect their resume. It lets you review interviewer notes and update their pipeline status without leaving the editor.
Manage leave requests and vacation balances with Cline
Cline fetches current balances via `get_vacation_balance` and automatically drafts a request when you ask to schedule leave. This MCP helps you track time-off without opening another browser tab. To prevent scheduling conflicts on your project, Cline pulls the current away list using `list_out_of_office`. The agent makes sure your team has coverage before submitting.
