Pull live device locations into Claude Desktop

Querying `get_device` or `list_devices` inside Claude Desktop lets you pull real-time driver coordinates and battery levels without opening another tab. This MCP Server runs locally on your machine, bringing raw hardware telemetry directly into your active chat window. The raw coordinates populate your conversation instantly. Claude Desktop translates those latitude and longitude values into physical locations, letting you resolve customer delivery complaints without digging through external dashboards.

Inspect active delivery routes with this MCP Server

Running `get_trip` or `list_trips` inside Claude Desktop lets your agent inspect active paths, remaining distances, and live ETAs. Stop running manual database queries just to find out why a route stalled. You get a clean breakdown of the trip status directly in your chat. If a driver takes a wrong turn, Claude Desktop flags the deviation based on the raw trip data it reads from the API.

Audit geofence entries in real time

Using `get_geofence` or `list_geofences` inside Claude Desktop lets you check virtual boundaries and see exactly when a device crossed them. This local setup lets you feed geofence coordinates directly to your agent. Your agent cross-references arrival times with planned schedules. It identifies dispatch delays before they impact your margins, all inside the Claude Desktop interface.

Common questions about HyperTrack MCP in Claude Desktop

Open your local `claude_desktop_config.json` file and add the HyperTrack server configuration under the `mcpServers` key. Once you save and restart the Claude Desktop app, the tracking tools will be active in your chat window.
Yes, when you ask about driver statuses, Claude Desktop will automatically call `list_workers` or `get_worker` to fetch the data. You do not have to write any code to trigger these API calls.
It pulls real-time boundary logs. Your Claude Desktop agent uses `list_geofences` via the MCP link to check which active delivery runs are inside your virtual borders.
You need an active API key from your dashboard, which works on any tier. Paste that key into your local configuration file to authenticate the connection.
Your driver coordinates, trip logs, and geofence boundary data never pass through third-party servers. All telemetry requests run through a secure MCP sandbox, keeping your fleet's physical locations private.
