Connect IBM watsonx MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect IBM watsonx to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Generate production-ready code with Cline
The `generate_text` tool allows Cline to write and validate backend logic against real model outputs. By calling this endpoint, the coding agent generates sample payloads, runs them against IBM, and refines the output format. This means you get tested code that actually handles the model's responses correctly. No more guessing how the JSON output looks when it comes back from the server.
Build vector search pipelines on the fly
The `generate_embeddings` tool converts your local text files into vector representations for semantic search. Cline uses these vectors to build database schemas and search indexes. The agent manages the entire setup from file reading to database insertion in one run. It then writes the database schema, imports your vectors, and tests the search logic.
Deploy tuned prompt templates
The `create_prompt` tool syncs your local files with your cloud workspace templates. This MCP Server integrates `create_prompt` and `list_prompts` to manage versions across environments. If a prompt needs fine-tuning, the agent initiates `start_model_tuning` and checks `get_tuning_status` until it is ready. You get a fully updated model configuration without leaving your editor.
