Connect Intercom MCP to VS Code Copilot
Create your Vinkius account to connect Intercom to VS Code Copilot and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Resolve Inbound Tickets from the Editor
The `reply_to_conversation` tool lets your development team respond to support tickets without leaving VS Code Copilot. Developers can read the full context of a bug report using `get_conversation_details` right next to their codebase. If a customer reports a complex bug, you can look up their account tier using `get_contact_details`. This helps you prioritize engineering resources for high-priority tickets.
Syncing Docs via VS Code Copilot
The `list_help_articles` tool fetches your public documentation directly into your Copilot chat. This lets you quickly check if a reported bug is actually a documented behavior before changing code. You can also use `list_segments` to identify which group of users is affected by an issue. This keeps your engineering team focused on the right customer cohorts.
Team-Wide MCP Server Deployment
This MCP Server uses `list_admins` to help developers find the right support leads for escalation. You can commit the configuration file to your repository so every team member gets instant access. Developers can run `list_contacts` to verify that their local database migrations match the actual production profiles in Intercom. This reduces errors during deployment.
