Connect Jira Service Management (JSM) MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Jira Service Management (JSM) to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate ticket triage in Cline
Stop manual ticket tracking. Tell Cline to run `list_requests` and it will parse your entire support backlog in seconds. It uses `get_request` to pull full descriptions and custom fields. You get a clear picture of what needs attention without ever opening a browser.
Query service desks with Cline
Find the right project context by using `list_service_desks` to identify the correct ID. This is the first step for any deep dive into your support infrastructure. You then use `get_service_desk` to see the project configuration. Cline handles this lookup for you, saving you from navigating complex Jira menus.
Organize support data within Cline
Group your incoming requests by using `list_organizations` and `list_customers`. This helps you see which clients are submitting the most tickets. Cline fetches `list_request_types` to explain how your team categorizes incoming work. You get a complete view of your service catalog inside your IDE.
