Live transit dashboard generation
This MCP Server gives Cline direct access to LA Metro's live vehicle feeds. Tell Cline you need a React component tracking the Expo line, and it calls `get_rail_vehicle_positions` to grab the raw data. Your agent writes the API hooks, parses the heading directions, and renders the train markers. It handles the entire integration from the initial `get_rail_routes` query to the final CSS styling without needing you to hold its hand.
Automated delay monitoring (Cline MCP Server)
Stop building static transit apps that ignore reality. Cline uses `get_service_alerts` to fetch active incidents and `get_stop_predictions` to see exactly how late the next bus is running. When it sees a delay, the agent automatically writes fallback UI states. It cross-references `get_bus_stops` to find nearby alternatives and codes that logic directly into your project files.
Complex rail routing logic
Mapping transfers across the Metro rail system usually requires reading terrible API docs. Cline just hits `get_rail_to_rail` to get the exact station sequence and transfer points. Your client then uses `get_rail_arrivals` to build a live departure board for the transfer station. You get fully tested, working routing code committed to your repo in minutes.
