…and any MCP-compatible client

End-to-end parcel analysis in Cline
Cline doesn't just read data; it acts. You tell it to assess a site, and it runs `search_land_parcels` followed by `get_building_data` to build a complete picture of the plot. It writes the files for you. The output lands right in your project folder, ready for your final review.
Automated constraint checking
Let the agent handle the due diligence. Cline triggers `get_site_constraints` to audit conservation areas and flood risks against your target coordinates. It saves you hours of manual cross-referencing. If the tool finds a red flag, Cline reports it immediately so you can abandon the site and move to the next one.
Live planning history updates
Cline monitors local authority activity using `search_urban_planning`. It pulls the latest applications and updates your project documentation automatically. You stay ahead of the curve. When the data changes, your local files update, ensuring you never make a decision based on stale records.
