Inject live property data into your Cursor workspace
Writing real estate software with mock data is a waste of time. This LandTech MCP Server lets your Cursor agent pull live property-level information into your code using `get_building_data`. You can build and test valuation algorithms using actual data points. The agent calls `get_price_comparables` to populate your test suites with real transaction history instead of hardcoded stubs.
Automate site screening scripts in the editor
Let your editor do the heavy lifting when writing land-finding scripts. By using `search_land_parcels` inside your Cursor workspace using this MCP tool, you can test coordinate-based search functions with live registry records. The agent writes the code and tests it against actual planning boundaries. You can verify your logic immediately by pulling raw policy details using `list_local_authority_plans` directly in your workspace.
Audit development risks during active coding
Don't wait until production to find out your spatial analysis logic is broken. Your agent uses `get_site_constraints` to retrieve environmental risks and overlay them onto your map components. Having these tools inside Cursor means you can write, run, and debug your land analysis pipelines in one place. You get instant feedback on how your code handles complex planning constraints from `get_planning_details`.
