…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Lever MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lever to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automate candidate screening inside VS Code with Cline
Cline reads your local test results and immediately matches them against active applicants in Lever using `get_candidate_profile`. This lets Cline analyze the candidate's background against the code they submitted. If the test suite passes, Cline uses `update_opportunity_stage` to advance them to the technical interview in Lever. This MCP Server connection lets you manage your candidate pipeline without leaving your Cline editor.
Generate and publish Lever job postings with Cline
Cline drafts the corresponding job description and uses `get_posting_details` to check existing formats before creating the new listing in Lever. The agent reads your current codebase to write accurate technical requirements. Once you approve the draft, Cline calls `create_job_posting` to push it live. This Lever MCP Server integration ensures your Cline workspace and your Lever job board stay perfectly aligned.
Triage applicant backlogs directly from the sidebar
Cline lists all active Lever applications using `list_hiring_opportunities` and displays them in your VS Code terminal. Ask the agent to filter out resumes that lack required technical keywords. The agent then runs `archive_hiring_opportunity` to clean up the Lever queue. Managing your Lever hiring pipeline inside Cline becomes as simple as staging a Git commit.
