How to Use the Lever MCP in Google ADK
Bring your hiring data into Google ADK and automate your recruitment workflows with Gemini-powered agents.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Lever MCP to Google ADK
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lever to Google ADK and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Streamline hiring stages with Google ADK
Map your recruitment process by calling `list_hiring_stages` directly from your agent. It understands exactly where a candidate sits in your pipeline. You then use `update_opportunity_stage` to push them forward. It removes the friction of manual status tracking in your ATS.
Sync job postings using Google ADK
Manage your open roles programmatically by integrating `list_job_postings` into your agent framework. It pulls your current listings into your agent's context. You can create new postings with `create_job_posting` if your hiring needs shift. It keeps your ATS in lockstep with your infrastructure.
Access deep candidate insights
Your agents need context to make decisions, and this server provides it via `get_candidate_profile`. It fetches the candidate's history from Lever for your agent to analyze. Pair this with `get_opportunity_details` to understand every application. It gives your agent the full picture before it takes an action.
