Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Listen Notes MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Listen Notes to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Build Directories with Cline and MCP
`get_curated_podcasts` pulls hand-curated lists of shows grouped by topic. Cline calls this tool to gather structured data, then writes the frontend components to display them. The agent processes the JSON output and generates TypeScript interfaces matching the API response. You get a functional UI populated with real-world podcast metadata in seconds.
Automate Database Seeding from Real Shows
`get_episode_details` fetches the raw metadata for any single episode. Cline uses this tool to grab real audio URLs and descriptions to seed your local development database. Instead of writing dummy mock data, Cline writes migration scripts using real podcast episodes. It validates the database schema against the actual payload returned by the server.
Real-Time Trend Tracking in VS Code
`get_trending_podcast_searches` pulls the most popular search terms from the platform. Cline monitors these trends to update your local configuration files or suggest content tags. The tool outputs a simple array of trending terms. Your agent reads this array and can automatically generate test suites to verify how your app handles trending search queries.
