…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Liveblocks MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Liveblocks to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Autonomous Room Management in Windsurf
Cascade handles your infrastructure by calling `create_room` and `update_room` whenever your project scope changes. It keeps your workspace organized without manual intervention. Since it manages `delete_room` and `list_rooms` internally, Windsurf tracks exactly which sessions are active. The agent keeps your environment clean while you focus on the logic.
Direct Storage Manipulation via MCP Server
Your agent inspects your live data structures using `get_storage` and pushes changes with `patch_storage`. This bypasses the need for manual API calls or browser debuggers. When the agent needs to sync state, it executes `initialize_storage` to reset your baseline. It maintains the integrity of your collaborative objects throughout the entire session.
Real-time Thread Coordination
Windsurf monitors your project feedback loops by using `list_threads` to parse user comments. It resolves issues instantly by triggering `resolve_thread` as soon as the code passes your requirements. If you need to start a new discussion, the agent calls `create_thread` to attach context to specific code blocks. It ensures your team stays aligned without leaving the editor.
