Write code with live ranking data in Cursor

This Local Falcon MCP Server uses `get_scan_results` to inject live Google Maps ranking coordinates directly into your Cursor Agent workspace. Your Cursor Agent writes functions against real local SEO API payloads instead of static mock files. If you are building a custom local SEO dashboard in Cursor, you can test your parser immediately. The Cursor Agent executes `run_scan` and uses the actual Local Falcon JSON response to write and debug your data visualization code on the fly.

Automate keyword setup inside your codebase

The `add_keyword` tool lets your Cursor Agent configure your Local Falcon tracking terms directly from your editor. You don't have to jump to a web portal to sync your local search parameters while coding in Cursor. The Cursor Agent reads your local config files, calls `list_keywords`, and updates your Local Falcon profile. It uses `add_location` to register new physical store locations without you leaving the active file you are editing in Cursor.

Debug local search trends with Cursor Agent

The `get_trend_report` tool pulls historical Local Falcon performance metrics directly into your Cursor editor's chat sidebar. Your Cursor Agent analyzes the raw trend numbers to pinpoint exactly which geographic grids are dropping in rank on Google Maps. You can ask the Cursor Agent to check your connection status using `check_localfalcon_status` if your local search integration acts up. It queries `list_scans_by_location` to verify that your Cursor code handles pagination and empty states correctly.

Common questions about Local Falcon MCP in Cursor

Add the server configuration to your project's `.cursor/mcp.json` file. Once saved, Cursor Agent can immediately access tools like `run_scan` and `get_scan_results` to assist your coding.
Yes, the agent executes `get_scan` during your chat session to pull real-time JSON payloads. It then writes precise TypeScript or Python parsers tailored to the exact structure of your grid rankings.
No, the MCP integration runs entirely through the Vinkius cloud sandbox. Your editor communicates directly with the API endpoints using `list_locations` to fetch your account data on demand.
Ask the Cursor Agent to run `check_localfalcon_status` in the chat window. It will ping the API and confirm if your environment variables and endpoint tokens are correctly configured.
Your search coordinates and API keys are processed in ephemeral V8 isolates managed by Vinkius. Cursor only receives the structured ranking outputs from `get_scan_report`, keeping your core credentials completely isolated from the LLM context.
