Connect Lokalise MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lokalise to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Cline executes end-to-end localization tasks
Cline takes your requirements and maps them to actual API operations. When you tell it to update your strings, it uses `upload_file` to send the source files to Lokalise instantly. It doesn't just suggest changes; it performs the upload, confirms the status, and reports back. You get a clean workflow that moves code from your editor to the translator's dashboard without manual file manipulation.
Manage Lokalise keys with Cline
Stop digging through the dashboard to find broken keys. Cline uses `list_keys` to scan your project and `update_key` to fix those annoying typos you found in your last PR. It keeps track of your project state in real-time. If a key is missing, Cline can create it for you using `create_key` based on the context it finds in your source files.
Automated translation workflows in Cline
Need to pull the latest translations for a release? Cline runs `download_file` to grab the bundle and places it exactly where your app expects it. It handles the entire lifecycle of your localization files. By chaining these tools, Cline ensures your app is always ready for international users.
