Connect Lorem Picsum MCP to Cline
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lorem Picsum to Cline and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Automated image injection
Tell Cline to build a card component, and it will handle the image sourcing for you. It calls `get_random_image_url` to insert a live link with the dimensions you specify. You don't have to manually paste links or download files. The agent writes the code and sets the source attribute in one go.
Precise asset control in Cline
When you need a specific look, use `get_specific_image_url` to grab an image ID. Cline can then apply blur or grayscale filters to match your design system. This keeps your mocks looking professional. The agent ensures the parameters are correctly appended to the URL before writing the code to your files.
Metadata and seed management
Cline can check the details of any image using `get_image_info`. If you need to keep a sequence of images consistent, it uses `get_seed_info` to track the state. This is useful when you are building galleries. The agent keeps track of the seed, so your UI doesn't jump around when you refresh the page.
