Connect Lorem Picsum MCP to Windsurf
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lorem Picsum to Windsurf and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Instant image placeholder generation
Cascade pulls images into your codebase the moment you ask. Just point at your div or img tag, and the agent uses `get_random_image_url` to fetch a source URL with the exact dimensions you need. Stop hunting for assets on external sites. This MCP Server handles the URL construction with your preferred blur or grayscale settings, letting you focus on layout rather than finding media.
Metadata access in Windsurf
Need to verify image details before committing to a design? Cascade uses `get_image_info` and `get_seed_info` to retrieve data like author names and image IDs directly from the API. Understanding the source metadata helps you maintain consistent visuals across your project. The agent reads the response and updates your local files without you ever switching windows.
Batch image discovery
Browse available assets directly inside the MCP panel. By invoking `list_images`, you get a paginated view of what is available, allowing you to select specific IDs for your prototypes. Once you have an ID, use `get_specific_image_url` to lock in a particular image for your mock. It’s a clean way to ensure your UI stays predictable while you build out the rest of the application.
