How to Use the Lyko MCP in Cursor
Build travel apps in Cursor with real-time transit data from the Lyko MCP server.
Works with every AI agent you already use
…and any MCP-compatible client
Connect Lyko MCP to Cursor
Create your Vinkius account to connect Lyko to Cursor and route execution through our secure gateway. The platform manages server hosting, runtime updates, and security layers. Configuration requires no manual server provisioning.
Inject live transit data into Cursor code
Use `plan_trip` and `get_transit_feed` to fetch actual route data while you code. Your agent writes logic based on live API responses instead of mock files. This lets you test your UI against real European transit schedules. You define the logic, and the server provides the data structures needed to populate your app.
Search and map transit stops in Cursor
Call `search_stops` to find transit hubs by name or location during your development process. It returns precise coordinates and served lines for each stop. Use `get_stop_info` to pull accessibility features and amenity data into your project. You spend less time searching documentation and more time building features.
Validate network status in Cursor
Integrate `get_network_status` to build disruption alerts into your application. Your code can now react to delays or strikes reported by transit operators. Your agent uses these tools to ensure your code handles service interruptions gracefully. It keeps your transit app logic accurate for end users.
